Census Part 2

Question #2
The categories changed overtime because society changes. The questions were designed for self-identification. We no longer have slaves, so that needed to change. The phrase "colored," is no longer used. Race is a delicate issue. Some of the questions had no validity for enumeration of the census. The question "Children ever born," did not make sense.

Question# 4
I do not believe any census is accurate. Some people due to language or if they are illiterate will not fill the forms out. The homeless may or may not, fill out the forms. The data is never accurate. Most people do not even know why the census, is needed. Some of the immigrants have a false believe that if they fill the census application out they will be deported.
