Cape Coral, Florida

    In 1957 Cape Coral started its journey toward becoming the largest city in Lee County and the second largest landmass city in the state of Florida that it is today.

    Surrounded by water on three sides. Cape Coral's natural beauty provides the perfect setting for fishing and boating enthusiasts. The extensive system of waterways for boating and sightseeing, includes more than 400 miles of saltwater and freshwater canals, lakes, basins and stunning riverfront areas.

    With an average winter temp of 64 and an average summer temp of 82, Cape Coral lends itself to golf, fishing, boating, tennis and any number of other outdoor activities.

    Cape Coral has a fast growing job market, a comparatively low crime rate, one of the nations top housing markets and nationally recognized and awarded schools.

    All of this, plus its quality of life, obviously makes Cape Coral the perfect place for a family or a retiree.
    I travel to Southwest Florida at least twice a year. Economy has changed the housing industry, but the homes and area and people are unique. I would some day love to move there.
